Courses

Hogan provides a variety of training courses for employees, and we expect—and incent—our employees to avail themselves of this training. The trainings vary per job title and are repeated yearly or every third year as shown in the table.

The courses are available on FieldFlō by scanning the QRs in the Training booklet or scanning you ID card QR.

Some courses include a hands-on component carried out at our Centerville Construction Training Site—a steel structure that simulates an actual building site, complete with manhole and underground, confined spaces training capability.

Responsibility

You are personally responsible for noting the quarterly training requirements and accomplishing them.

Reporting

All FieldFlō online training is automatically recorded upon completion and a certificate is sent to your email of record.
