Hogan values education.

So much so that we will pay for half of the tuition for approved courses of study, including Construction Management, Architecture, and Structural Engineering programs.

To qualify, Hogan employees need to do the following.

  1. The employee must pay for his or her tuition up front. At the end of the semester, the employee must submit for reimbursement. Hogan will then reimburse the employee half of the paid tuition.
  2. Hogan will not reimburse for books, lab fees, or living expenses such as housing or parking.
  3. The employee must get a C or better in all courses.
  4. The employee must work for Hogan an average of at least 30 hours or more each week to qualify. The student does not need to be full-time at school.
