PAYMENT

PERSONAL: To help the employee more easily afford this important piece of personal safety equipment, Hogan will pay half of the cost ($223.68) and then allow the employee to have the remaining $223.68 deducted from his or her paycheck over four pay periods ($55.92 per pay period).
 
REPLACEMENT: Again, to help the employee more easily afford to REPLACE a damaged or worn harness, Hogan will pay three-fourths of the cost and then allow the employee to have the remaining $111.84 deducted from his or her paycheck over four pay periods ($27.96 per pay period).
