If the course is scheduled on your MY TRAINING page for after your NEED TO REPEAT BY date, go ahead and take the course early—on time for your NEED TO REPEAT BY date. You will not need to repeat it again that calendar year and taking it early (within the same calendar year) will still count towards the applicable Safety Incentives awards.
