This product will not be available for new-hires until they’ve reached their 90-day mark with Hogan.

Until then a loaner harness will be provided.

PAYMENT

PERSONAL: To help the employee more easily afford this important piece of personal safety equipment, Hogan will pay half of the cost ($278.20) and then allow the employee to have the remaining $278.20 deducted from his or her paycheck over four pay periods ($69.55 per pay period).

REPLACEMENT: Again, to help the employee more easily afford to REPLACE a damaged or worn harness, Hogan will pay three-fourths of the cost and then allow the employee to have the remaining $139.10 deducted from his or her paycheck over four pay periods ($34.78 per pay period).
