INSTRUCTIONS:

When dragging an action name to an action image that is below your screen, you have two options:

1. Left-click on the action name, and while keeping the left button down, scroll down with the scroll wheel if you have one
2. Left-click on the action name and drag it to the bottom of the screen and keep “bumping” against the bottom of the screen to have it scroll down to where you want to drop it.
